This proposal outlines a strategic partnership between the church and EICC Network to launch a youth-centered entrepreneurship, workforce development, and leadership formation initiative. The program positions the church as a local economic catalyst, equipping young people with practical business skills, employability readiness, leadership development, and community responsibility.
This initiative will serve as a flagship pilot in Atlanta and a replicable model across the EICC Network.

Program Structure
The program is designed as an integrated three-track pipeline operating concurrently.
Track 1
Entrepreneurship Launch Lab
Youth participants engage in hands-on business development over an 8–12 week period.
Core components include:
  • Idea development and problem identification
  • Business model fundamentals and pricing
  • Branding, marketing, and basic financial literacy
  • Sales practice and customer engagement
  • Pitch preparation and showcase
Participants will develop either a business concept, prototype, or operating micro-venture.
Track 2
Workforce Readiness & Career Pathways
Running alongside entrepreneurship training, this track prepares youth for professional environments.
Key elements include:
  • Communication, teamwork, and professionalism
  • Resume and career pathway exploration
  • Exposure to trades, corporate roles, creative careers, and entrepreneurship
  • Internships, apprenticeships, and church-based enterprise roles
This ensures participants are prepared for both employment and ownership pathways.

Leadership & Marketplace Service
Youth are placed into leadership teams that mirror real organizational roles.
